Pendulum Activity
Working in groups, students will form hypotheses about what affects the period of a pendulum, and then will design and perform an experiment to test their hypotheses. Groups will then present the results to the class in MS Powerpoint®

Maximize the Fun (Acceleration)
Given limited supplies, students must design and build a spinny-ride for LEGO® people that will fit on an old turntable. We will calculate the acceleration of the LEGO® riders.

Paper Airplane Project
Given limited resources, students will design and build a paper airplane to travel the greatest possible horizontal distance. View results from all classes in an Excel File.
